Anna B. Matthews, 61, of Warsaw, died at 5:48 a.m. Dec. 27, 2010, in her residence.
She was born Aug. 22, 1949, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Richard and Myrtle Irene Perry Hyden. On Aug. 26, 1994, in Warsaw, she married Frank Matthews, who died Oct. 13, 2007.
Living most of her life in Warsaw, she was a homemaker and enjoyed writing poetry, quilting and animals. She loved her family and enjoyed attending her grandchildren's activities. She was one you could always count on.
Surviving are a daughter, Tonya (and spouse Bob) Marshall, Warsaw; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; her mother; two sons, Richard and Charles Ratliff; and a daughter, Raeanne Ratliff.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by the Rev. Bob Brown of God's Highway to Heaven, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
