Amber R. Staples, 58, Warsaw, passed away at 6 p.m. Nov. 6, 2015, in her home. She was born April 15, 1957, in Warsaw, to Raymond and Lutie Long Beatty. She is a 1975 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and lived most of her life in Kosciusko County She had been the office manager for Speed Space, Goshen, for 16 years. She attended Leesburg Grace Brethren Church; loved animals; enjoyed gardening; was an amazing cook; loved Christmas decorating – every room of her home had a Christmas tree in it. Surviving are her mother, Lutie Beatty, Milford; two nieces, Heather Beatty, Warsaw, and Hillary Kammerer, Milford; a nephew, Branden Beatty, North Webster; and several great-nieces and -nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Beatty, who died May 14, 1979; a brother, Barry Beatty, who died Sept. 28, 2005; and an infant brother, Alex Beatty. Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Leesburg Grace Brethren Church, with Pastor Tim Sprankle officiating. Private family burial will be in Oswego Cemetery. Calling is from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the church.
