Amanda J. Sudlow, 41, went home to be with her Lord Jan. 21, 2016, at IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis, after a year-long battle with cancer.
She was born Jan. 9, 1975, in Kalamazoo, Mich., to Richard Donald and Carolyn J. Smith Sudlow.
She was a 1993 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
She lived in Warsaw, moving from Rockford, Ill., in 1983.
She worked at Kosciusko Family Health Care PC in medical records for 10 years. She attended Warsaw Community Church; volunteered at Fellowship Missions, Warsaw; enjoyed Komets Hockey; NASCAR followed Jimmy Johnson; was a Notre Dame, Colts and Packer football fan; enjoyed watching her son play Young Tigers Football and her daughter as she managed the Madison Elementary Cardinals girls’ basketball team.
Surviving are her mother, Carolyn Sudlow, Warsaw; twins son Carson Sudlow and daughter Madison Sudlow, both at home; a brother, Rich (and spouse Kay) Sudlow, Warsaw; and one nephew, Jacob Sudlow, Warsaw. Preceding her in death were her father, Richard D. Sudlow, who died Jan. 9, 1997; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Doris Smith; and paternal grandparents, Don and Marcele Sudlow.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Jamy Gregory, Warsaw Community Church, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
