Alta M. Hall, 73, Warsaw, passed away at 2:11 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
On July 2, 1944, Alta was born in Paintsville, Ky., to Edward and Nola Blanton Jackson. She was united in marriage to Boby Hall on March 14, 1962, in Silver Lake. He preceded her on May 27, 2004.
She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Faith Ministries, Pierceton.
Alta is survived by four daughters: Annette (and spouse Mikey) Nicholson, Marsha (and spouse Matthew) Brubaker, Peggy (and spouse Michael) Moss and Roberta (and spouse Timothy) Craig; four brothers: Bobby Ray Jackson, Donnie (and spouse Denise) Jackson, Lee Jackson and Conroy Jackson; five sisters: Lois (spouse Redwine) Sammons, Ruth Hamman, Linda (and spouse Curt) Ousley, Glenna Jackson and Bonnie Jackson; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by death by daughter Tammy Hall, sister Etta Fay Ramsey and brother Duane Jackson.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today, May 29, at Warsaw Family Worship Center.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, at the church, with Pastor William Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
