NORTH WEBSTER — Alice Marie Kruger, 80, North Webster, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2018, at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.
She was born March 25, 1938, in Nappanee, to Charles Arthur and Florence Gourney Wagner.
She was a lifetime area resident and attended Syracuse High School. She was married on April 14, 1956, in North Webster, to Thomas Mitchell “Tom” Kruger, who survives.
She was a homemaker and worked at Kidds Marshmallow Factory, Ligonier, for several years.
She was a member of Salem Community Church, Wilmot, and formerly attended North Webster Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Kruger, North Webster; five daughters: Suzanne (Steve) Bryant, North Webster; Patricia (Ronald) Zeller, Roann; Christine (Christopher) Riga, Williston, Fla.; Lori (Rex) Schrader, Columbia City; and Tina (Troy) Harney, Syracuse; 14 grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 17 great-stepgrandchildren; and two half brothers, Mark (Sandra) Wagner, Richmond, and Steve (Donna) Wagner, Elkhart.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Dorothy Wagner; great-grandson, Ephraim Michael Stull; three sisters: Doris Gordon, Marjorie Barnhart and Grace Wagner; and a brother, Duane Wagner.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 29, at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, in the funeral home, with Pastor Gary Colby officiating. Burial will follow the Mock Addition of North Webster Cemetery.
