Alice Faye Burkhart, 65, of 1018 S. Union St., Warsaw, died at 2:15 a.m. June 19, 2007, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Yancy and Opal Cornett Horn. On Sept. 1, 1956, in Warsaw, she married Donald D. Burkhart, who survives.
Living in the Warsaw area for more than 50 years, she was a homemaker.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ted (Opal) Skeans Jr. and Erica Burkhart, both of Warsaw, and Mrs. Roy (Barbara) Hamer, Leesburg; a son, Donald D. Burkhart II, Warsaw; nine siblings; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
No services are planned. Burial will be at a later date.
