The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:47 p.m. Wednesday – Marissa Jean Moore, 20, of 610 Charles St., Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $185.50.

• 3:42 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary Chavez Zuniga, 23, of 1007 S. Van Hemert Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $500.

• 7:10 p.m. Wednesday – Sophia Elizabeth McMillan, 22, of 202 W. Honey St., Atwood, arrested for false informing and on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $11,050.

• 9:49 p.m. Wednesday – Marcos Jimenez, 22, of 519 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:23 a.m. today – Kameron Jeffery Banks, 19, of 739 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:15 a.m. today – Adam Noel Long, 40, homeless, arrested for battery with bodily injury, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.



Property Damage Accident

• 5:42 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 400W, Warsaw. Vehicle hit tree.?Driver: Emilio Macedonio, 33, Culver. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Incidents

• 10:45 a.m. Wednesday – Two lost cellphones were turned into police in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:28 p.m. Wednesday – A person was taken to an emergency hold at the Bowen Center in the 2500 block of Center Street,?Warsaw. WPD.
