• 12:29 p.m. Tuesday – Demetrius Sterling Miller, 30, Kokomo, arrested for failure to appear and on five counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,563.
• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday – Debra Lynn Lackey, 36, of 409 Catherine St., Milford arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $716.44.
• 5:35 p.m. Tuesday – Taylor David Keen, 27, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:48 p.m. Tuesday – Aaron Michael Phillips, 36, of 1522 Brookview Ave., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:11 a.m. Wednesday – Pamela Lynn Martens, 52, of 5407 W. Warren Ave, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:08 p.m. Wednesday – Kendall Elizabeth Rodgers, 23, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #116, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $5,400.

• 1:36 a.m. Thursday – Michael Foster Richardson, 32, of 77 EMS B42 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for legend drugs. Bond: $5,250.
