The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:43 a.m. Friday – Zachariah?Dean Cook, 25, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 11:02 a.m. Friday – Shane Andrew Wright, 30, of 117 S. Hickory St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
Property Damage Accident
• 2:25 p.m. Friday – Intersection of CR 400S and South Country Club Road, Warsaw. A police vehicle hit a flock of turkey vultures while investigating a fire. Driver: Christopher Rager, 44, CR 250E, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
