Grace College’s women’s golf team traveled west to compete in the Westminster Wasatch Invitational, which concluded on Tuesday afternoon.

The Warsaw girls’ soccer side honored eight seniors before their final home game Tuesday night at the Tiger Soccer Complex (TSC), but the Carrol Chargers’ youth movement – starting three freshmen and a sophomore - finished the evening victorious 2-0.

The Triton Trojans needed a win against Pioneer on Tuesday to keep their hopes for a Hoosier North Athletic Conference championship alive. The Trojans instead lost in straight sets to the Panthers and were forced to watch Pioneer celebrate the conference title on their home floor.

The Grace College athletic department is pleased to announce the four newest members of the Lancer Hall of Fame.

The Tiger Soccer Complex (TSC) was brimming with energy for what turned out to be an extra special boys’/girls’ varsity soccer doubleheader from 10 a.m. Saturday morning into the early afternoon. The Wawasee Warriors’ sides were on hand accompanied by fan bases who were strong in numbers to further enhance the energy and excitement for each game.

Grace College’s men’s soccer team continued its winning ways with a 2-0 victory of Marian at 1st Source Bank Field on Saturday night.

The Mishawaka Cavemen left Fisher Field last night with their first Northern Lakes Conference (NLC) win in their third fray against the Warsaw Tigers, 43-19, since joining the league in 2020.

The Triton Trojan faithful were treated to a sight that had never been seen in school history at Trojan Field Friday night, as Triton defeated Pioneer 35-12 for the team’s first ever victory over the Panthers.

The Raiders (3-3, 2-2) topped the Warriors (1-5, 1-3) by a score of 42-17.

Milford-native Julie Mishler was selected to participate in USA Swimming’s National Select Camp, which takes place October 6-9 at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Warsaw volleyball got back on course after a tough five-set loss to Carroll Tuesday with a 3-0 (25-12, 25-17, 25-11) on the road at Wawasee Thursday night.

The Manchester Squires boys soccer team continued its ascension Tuesday afternoon with a 4-0 victory over Lakeland Christian Academy.

There are some hilly spots in the area around Marian's High School’s Abro Stadium, but none higher than the one Warsaw was forced to climb by the time Saturday afternoon’s girls soccer showdown of state-ranked teams was merely 14 minutes old.

One of the most highly anticipated men’s soccer games of the season lived up to its billing as No. 12 Grace College upset No. 3 Columbia College, 1-0 on Saturday night.

The NorthWood Panthers encountered early problems at Jim Andrews Field Friday night, whistled for six penalties in the first period. The hosts trailed the Warsaw Tigers 14-7 after the unforced-error-plagued first frame, settled down in the second quarter, then scored 28 unanswered points between the second and third periods to give Warsaw its first loss of the season 42-21.

It was standing-room-only in Akron Friday night as Tippecanoe Valley hosted Rochester in the annual Battle for the Bell. With excitement at an all-time high after last year’s game was cancelled due to COVID-19 issues on the Zebra side, the Viking faithful went home happy after a 26-17 win.
