In a mid-afternoon varsity girls basketball game between Warsaw and Class 4A No. 5 Fishers, the Lady Tigers turned in a rather dominating performance over the final three quarters Saturday.

The hot-shooting Manchester University women’s basketball team topped visiting Beloit College 81-54 on Saturday afternoon in Stauffer-Wolfe Arena.

For two quarters of Wednesday night’s high school boys basketball season opener, the Warsaw Tigers and Tippecanoe Valley Vikings were even on the scoreboard.
