Max J. Grubbs, 78, passed away at 10:35 a.m. Aug. 10, 2011, in his daughter’s Indianapolis home. He was born Sept. 23, 1932, in Mentone, to Frederick  Ada Bradley Grubbs. On Feb. 15, 1975, in Rochester, he married Glacie Mooney, who died April 25, 2009.
