The congregation of Atwood Otterbein Church is hosting a 50th wedding anniversary open house for David and Jackie Banning, the church’s pastor. The event will take place on Sunday, Aug. 2 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Atwood Community Building. The public is invited.
