A second witness said he was eastbound on East Jefferson Street in the left turn lane. The second witness said after the light turned green for eastbound and westbound traffic on East Jefferson Street, he turned onto Argonne Road. After the second witness completed his turn, he said Long entered the intersection and hit Wiggs’ vehicle.

Both drivers and a passenger in Wiggs’ vehicle, Mai-Lei J. Khiev, 19, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, were evaluated by EMS at the scene. Both drivers refused further treatment at the scene.
