Winona Lake Man Injured In Single-Vehicle AccidentA Winona Lake man had to be extracted out of a vehicle after a Tuesday night accident.
At 10:24 p.m. Tuesday, a 1996 Ford F25, driven by Joshua Carlin, 33, Winona Lake, was traveling southbound on Country Club Road, north of CR 300S. The Ford exited the right side of the road, drove into an embankment, hit a utility pole and rolled multiple times, according to information provided by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Sgt. Doug Light.
Carlin was pinned underneath the vehicle and had to be extracted. He was airlifted by Lutheran Air to Lutheran Fort Wayne for treatment of his injuries.
Assisting at the scene were the Indiana State Police, Winona Lake Police, Warsaw- Wayne Fire, Crouse Wrecker Service, Lutheran EMS and Lutheran Air.
