WINONA LAKE - Phend & Brown Inc. provided an update Thursday afternoon on the Winona Avenue roundabout in Winona Lake.
Changing weather conditions and/or internal schedule changes may alter the dates below. Traffic control signage and detour markings will be provided for any closure.
Ongoing storm sewer work will impact travel lanes on Winona Avenue, the release states. Due to unforeseen conditions discovered Thursday, Winona Avenue will be closed to traffic starting at 9 a.m. Friday. There will be a local detour set up with signs and barricades to route traffic along McKinley Street and Argonne Road.
This temporary daytime closure will last through Friday with traffic restored to the normal two-way operation at the end of the day, the news release states.
