Editor, Times-Union: I just read with disbelief and dismay about the father who sexually abused his daughter. A Class C felony and $5,000 bond for a man who forced his daughter to have sex (i.e., raped her)? Incredible. He would have gotten a harsher charge and higher bond amount if he had stolen a car, for God’s sake! But sexually abusing and raping a teenager, and his daughter, no less, thus violating the strongest family bond there is – the parent/child bond – and he may get a sentence of two to eight years? Totally unbelievable. People should be demonstrating in the streets about this complete idiocy of the “justice” system in Kosciusko County. Laurie Hahn Muncie, via e-mail former Warsaw resident
