With no petitions before the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals Monday night, the five-minute meeting involved an election of officers and two oaths of office.
Tom Allen was voted unanimously to continue to serve as president, with Rick Keeven continuing on for 2021 as vice president.
Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer started the meeting by giving the oath of office to Jeff Johnson and Dan Smith. Both board members, who were in-person, agreed to serve four more years.
“I really appreciate you willing to serve another four years,” Thallemer told them, thanking them for their continued service.
The Dec. 28 meeting minutes also were approved.
Members of the BZA include Allen, Keeven, Johnson, Smith and Tammy Dalton. They generally meet on the fourth Monday of every month at 7 p.m.
