A Warsaw man was found not guilty of committing domestic battery but was found guilty of committing criminal recklessness through the use of a vehicle.
Kayn Justin Dilley, 43, of 1605 E. Clark St., Warsaw, was found not guilty of domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony.
A jury found him guilty of criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, a level 6 felony, following a one-day jury trial on Thursday.
