Warsaw Man Faces Eight Charges For Dealing, Possessing Meth

A Warsaw man is facing eight felony charges in regards to dealing over 100 grams of methamphetamine.

Daniel Craig Holbrook, 25, of 920 Anchorage Road, #11, Warsaw, is charged with two counts of dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; two counts of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony; dealing in methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 4 felony.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Jan. 21, sometime on Sept. 25, Narcotic Enforcement Team 43 conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Holbrook in Kosciusko County. A confidential informant allegedly provided Holbrook with documented task force funds in exchange for 48.2 grams of methamphetamine. The purchase was captured on digital surveillance.

Another controlled purchase using documented task force funds with Holbrook allegedly in exchange for 8.67 grams of methamphetamine on Sept. 30, which was also captured on digital surveillance.

A third controlled purchase was alleged to have happened Oct. 6 for 82 grams of methamphetamine, which was also captured on digital surveillance, according to court documents.

Holbrook was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 3:20 p.m. Thursday. He has a $55,000 bail.
