A Warsaw man was arrested on sexual misconduct with a minor charges.
Jaden William Bullers, 20, of 1415 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, level 5 felonies.
He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 9:15 a.m. Friday on a $22,500 preliminary bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on Dec. 10, 2024, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy was assigned a telephone-only call for service. The person said their child had been messaging Bullers and the calls and messages spanned over a couple weeks.
On or about May 30, 2025, a report was made regarding a theft of a van by Bullers and, during the investigation, it was discovered Bullers had participated in sexual activity with a minor between the ages of 14 and 15 on Dec. 8, 2024, according to court documents.
A detective lieutenant brought to a detective a tablet belonging to Bullers. On the tablet were videos and pictures of Bullers engaging in sexual activity with a child. The detective lieutenant believed the child depicted in the pictures and videos was the same child from the December complaint.
On or about July 28, 2025, a forensic interview with the child was conducted at Safe Harbor Children’s Advocacy Center. The child said they thought Bullers was 20 during the time of the incident. The child said Bullers knew the child was 14 because they told him. The child also said Bullers responded the child would get themselves into trouble because they appeared older.
The child said Bullers picked them up from their home and drove to a school and parked there. Bullers asked the child to get in the back seat and the child complied. The child said they did not feel safe. They then engaged in sexual activity.
The child also said a few days after the incident, Bullers stopped by the child’s friend’s house. There was an incident between the two and the child had a bruised neck afterward.
