A Warsaw man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to two minors.
Rasheen Kameo Boyd, 34, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 97, Warsaw, is charged with two charges of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, level 6 felonies. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 1:41 p.m. Friday on a $20,000 preliminary bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on Feb. 6 Kosciusko County Dispatch told law enforcement officers a man sitting at a table at a business gratified and exposed himself. Warsaw Police Department officers responded to the scene.
One officer found the man, identified at Boyd. Boyd said he did not know why law enforcement was called. He also said his pants were on, he scratched his groin and his groin area was not exposed.
Another officer talked with employees who said Boyd came into the store for about a month and he made uncomfortable comments to staff and patrons.
On Feb. 6, Boyd was at the counter to make a purchase. Two minors entered the store and Boyd commented about them. He offered to allow the minors to order first.
On Feb. 7, an officer spoke with the first minor who said Boyd was in line and the minors were second when Boyd let the minors go ahead of him. The minors declined and sat at a table. Boyd moved to a table beside the minors with a computer. The first minor saw Boyd gratify himself.
An officer spoke with the second minor, who said the two minors ordered drinks through an application, arrived at the store and put the drinks on a table. The second minor said the two minors then went to order food. Boyd then sat beside them and the second minor said they saw Boyd’s genitals in his hand. The two minors then left the store.
