Warsaw Incumbents File For Re-election Five of the Warsaw Common Council members and Clerk-Treasurer Lynne Christiansen filed for re-election this morning, the first day of filing for the 2023 city and town primary elections. Pictured (L to R) are Cindy Dobbins, at-large member, who is seeking a fourth four-year term; Jerry Frush, District 4, seeking a fourth term; Christiansen, who was elected by a caucus in 2010 and is seeking a fifth term; Josh Finch, District 2, who was elected to office through a caucus in 2019, seeking a second term; Mike Klondaris, District 3, seeking a fourth term; and Diane Quance, District 5, who was elected by a caucus in 2010 and is seeking a fifth term. Councilmen Jack Wilhite and Jeff Grose, as well as Mayor Joe Thallemer, did not participate in this morning’s group re-election filing. For the primary election for Syracuse, Warsaw and Winona Lake, candidate filing ends at noon Friday, Feb. 3 for Republican and Democrat candidates only.
