Warsaw FFA Hosts 16th Annual Community Supper, Member Work Experience Fundraiser

Posted
The Warsaw Community High School Future Farmers of America Chapter will host their 16th annual community appreciation supper and member workers’ experience auction Nov. 25 in the WCHS cafeteria.

It will start with a free chili and hot dog supper from 5:30 to 7 p.m., served by FFA members, to show appreciation for the support local businesses and community members have provided to the chapter.

A silent and live auction will be available during the evening with many decorative crafts, local business donations, baked goods and gift baskets for bidding.

In addition, the Warsaw FFA will host a member worker experience where FFA members volunteer four hours of community service in return for a monetary donation from the highest bidder to the chapter to support activities throughout the year.

Some of the activities include state and national conventions, career development events, leadership contests, supplies and materials for contests and monthly chapter activities.

This annual event is a way to support the local FFA chapter and impact its members. All community members and businesses are invited to join for an evening of food and fun.

Questions about the event can be directed to Warsaw FFA Chapter President Reagan Rowland at reaganrowland20@warsawschools.org, Warsaw FFA advisors Jacob Riley at jriley@warsawschools.org or Breanna Breske at bbreske@warsawschools.org. Donations are also appreciated.
