This year will mark the 43rd annual Elks Community Thanksgiving Dinner. It will be held at the American Legion Post #49, 301 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, and will be carry-out and delivery. Pick-up time will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Deliveries will be available by calling 574-267-7802 and leaving a message.
Last year, the Elks Lodge served over 600 local residents on Thanksgiving day. They serve anyone in the community, whether it is the inability to prepare a meal, monetary or just someone with who to share the holiday. There are numerous volunteers to deliver the meals to homeboud people.
This is not possible without the help from area businesses, churches and clubs.
