Editor, Times-Union: I am truly shocked that the CIA was ordered by Clinton but even more by Bush and Obama to use torture. The U.S has used torture in every war we have stumbled into. All the other countries use torture also. But CIA torture is small potatoes when compared to the involvement in the mass torture of the entire middle east population by illegal invasions. Trying to justify the actions of the entire military industrial gang as defending the U.S is moronic. Bush and Chaney are war criminals pure and simple. War is a racket and you pay all the bills.
