It seems like most of the decisions being made at the Statehouse are good for Indianapolis, and everyone else is left to fend for themselves in these tough economic times. Well, it's about time North Central Indiana had a voice loud enough to be heard in Indianapolis, and I know that Linda Klinck has the experience, passion and steady loyalty to be that voice.
Linda Klinck is one of us. She raised her family, owned a small candy-making business and attended church in this community her entire life. She understands how times have changed, and she will fight to make sure our communities get their fair share from the state. Linda knows how hard it is to afford health care for our families and ourselves; she knows that we can only buy half as many groceries for twice as much money; she has seen the impact of rising gasoline prices on our budgets; and she wants to help us.
Because Linda has lived here her entire life, she shares the same rural values as all of the citizens in Senate District 18. If elected, Linda Klinck will take our values down to the Statehouse. Not only will she take our values with her, but Linda has the experience and moral character to stand up for our interests. I am confident that she will stand up for proposals that will benefit Senate District 18, as well as stand against legislation that will hurt Senate District 18. Linda will not be afraid to take an unpopular position, regardless of the opposition - be it Republicans, Democrats, lobbyists or interest groups.
Linda Klinck won't let Indianapolis forget about the communities that we know and love in Senate District 18. She will fight to make North Central Indiana a better place to live, work and raise a family. A vote for Linda Klinck is a vote for our rural values.
