Virginia M. Moser, 95, Warsaw, passed away at 10:40 p.m. Nov. 8, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw.
She was born May 7, 1918, in Kosciusko County, to Harry and Lenna Brickel Culler. On Aug. 4, 1940, in Syracuse, she was united in marriage to Emerson Moser, who preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Beauty College, a member of Eastern Star, a volunteer for the American Red Cross, a Girl Scout leader and homemaker. In addition, she was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Warsaw. She was an avid card player and loved her dogs and especially her cats.
Surviving are two daughters, Sherry Moser, Carmel, and Nancy Bell, Aiken, S.C.; a sister, Mary Willard, Syracuse; four grandchildren: Ryan Shaetzle, Atlanta, Ga.; Fatima Hofer, North Manchester; and Carolee Busenbark and Matt Beeson, both of Warsaw; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Susie Beeson; a sister, Ruth Culler; two brothers, Max and Marion Culler; and a grandson, Derek Shaetzle.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
