She was born on Feb. 24, 1960, in Elwood, to Dallas and Betty Loy Webb. Vickie graduated from Warsaw Community High School in the class of '78. Vickie had an outgoing personality and was adored by many. Her sense of humor and fun-loving spirit lit up any room she entered. Her organizational skills were second to none and those who knew her well could attest to her kind heart.

One of Vickie's favorite things to do was travel and vacation. She would take a yearly trip with her family to Tennessee. In her free time, she enjoyed exploring QVC, where she developed an undeniable shopping addiction. Her favorite purchases being high-end purses. Vickie's cooking skills were legendary, especially when it came to making her famous coffee cake, which would always leave you craving more. She also loved going out to eat with friends and family.

Vickie is survived by her two sons, Scott and Ryan Ramsey; her sister, Doris (Les) Lucas; and grand dog, Winston. She was preceded in passing by her parents; husband, Donald; and brother, Danny Webb.
