Via Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few, according to a news release from Via Credit Union.

We are proud that 78% of our staff provided positive feedback to earn this honor,” said Cindy Kohlmorgen, ViaCU president/CEO.
Via Credit Union serves over 36,000 members in 12 counties, has assets over $525 million, operates six branches and employs 112 employees.
