Editor, Times-Union: Thanks so much for taking time during the Kosciusko County Commissioners meeting Nov. 20 to honor me as Veteran of the Month. A special thanks to Bob Conley, president of commissioners, and Rich Maron, veteran affairs officer, for reaching out to the veterans of the community. No one understands the feelings of the veterans until they’ve worn their boots. It was an honor to accept the Veteran of the Month, a time in my life I will never forget.
