Tyler S. Boocher, 20, Leesburg, passed away at 6:49 p.m. Sept. 29, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Nov. 19, 1994, to Todd and Kim Brock Boocher, Warsaw. He was a musician and enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. He also enjoyed camping, canoeing and being outdoors. Survivors are: his mother, Kim (and spouse Joe) McFarlan) Klamath Falls, Ore.; his father Todd (and spouse Amy) Boocher, Morgantown, Ky.; two sisters, Robyn and Emily McFarlan; grandparents, Rob (and spouse Kathy) Vermillion, Leesburg, Mike Boocher, Etna Green: great-grandparents, Jake and Sylvia Hostetler; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Jean Boocher.
