SYRACUSE – Traci Susanne Lee-Godbey, 35, of Cromwell, died Aug. 26, 2011, in her residence.
She was born Nov. 26, 1975, in Fort Wayne, to Gregory S. and Susan N. Smith Lee, who survive in Cromwell. On Nov. 13, 2005, in Cromwell, she married Timothy W. “Timi” Godbey, who survives.
She graduated from South Side High School, Fort Wayne, in 1994, and attended Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne and South Bend. She moved to the Cromwell area from Fort Wayne in 1998. She was formerly a traveling registered nurse. She attended Wawasee Lakeside Chapel, Syracuse.
Also surviving are a daughter, Gabrielle Simone “Gabby” Lee, Cromwell; a brother, Scott Lee (and fiance Amber), Albion; and grandmothers, Margaret Smith, Cromwell, and Connie Lee, Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by grandfathers R.E. “Abner” Lee and John E. Smith.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel, Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating.
Calling is from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service Saturday at the church.
