Kudos for you, Mayor Wiggins. Your fast action (two days) on your stand against the mayors for illegal guns Web site was impressive. I believe that you should contact the other mayors in Indiana who are on the Web site and ask them if they know what it really is all about.
Sorry, A.B., no kudos for you. Your rambling letter 9/10 so amused me, (lol) keep them coming. Facts are so obviously not your forte, but story telling is. Did you mean that people in prisons, nursing homes and mental health facilities are under false imprisonment?
Senators, congresspersons and reporters have made numerious trips to Gitmo and have never seen the things that you claim go on there. I wonder why? Have you been there and seen all this "torture"? Do you have insider information from people on the ground at Gitmo? If you have all this information, should you not, as a good American, pass this on to the goverment? "Shackled to the ground," and "hung by their wrists." That stuff would be funny if it wasn't so sad that anyone would say that about our military men and women who give so much for us.
When people on the battlefield are shooting at you, trying to kill you, and you kick their butt and capture them, they are not innocent. Do you know what the Geneva Convention is all about? They are called enemy combatants because we can not call them prisoners of war. POWs are soldiers who are captured on the battlefield, wear uniforms, don't behead prisoners and don't hide behind women and children. They are not only enemy combatants, they are cowards and they hate us!
The rest of your letter was too funny to make sense of. The GOP didn't elect George Bush, the American people did, twice! Terrorist are treated too good at Gitmo as far I am concerned. I have to stop, I'm laughing too much at your letter's content.
