NORTH MANCHESTER – Timbercrest Senior Living Community will be hosting many events throughout August.
Each event is open to anyone in the surrounding community who would like to join, according to a news release from Timbercrest Senior Living Community.
The Parkinson’s support group will meet Thursday in the resident activity room at 3 p.m. and the Dementia learning group will meet Aug. 17 in the Timbercrest Nook at 6:30 p.m. These groups provide a space to share experiences and support one another for those Parkinson’s and dementia may affect.
HTS Therapy & Wellness will present a health talk about the importance of hydration, how it affects the body and common signs and causes of dehydration. Join them Aug. 7 at 2 p.m. in the Timbercrest Assembly Room to learn some tips on how to prevent dehydration year-round.
Get ready for their next Patio Series as Scotty Rocker performs classic hits, bringing the best of oldies, country and more. Join them Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Timbercrest Courtyard. In case of inclement weather, the event will move to the Timbercrest Assembly Room.
