Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the chain of events that led to a three-vehicle crash Friday morning on Ind. 15 at Levi Lee Road.
Due to witness and driver statements not lining up, the details of what transpired that led to the crash before dawn were unavailable as of press time Friday evening, according to the KCSO.
Arturo Valezquez-Hernandez, Warsaw, was driving a Dodge Durango. He complained of back pain but refused medical treatment.
Suzanne Edwards, Warsaw, was driving a Volkswagen. She complained of pain and was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw.
Monica Hall, Syracuse, was driving a Chevy Sonic. She suffered an ankle injury and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
