Three Cars Involved in Backwater Road Accident Saturday

NORTH WEBSTER – Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to an accident on Ind. 13, 33 feet south of Backwater Road, North Webster at 9:26 p.m. Saturday.
A northbound vehicle driven by Michael Moore, 36, Cromwell went left of the center line and struck a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Jason Alley, 43, of Winona Lake, according to KCSO Public Information Officer Sgt. Chris Francis. After that, Moore’s vehicle struck a 2020 Forrester driven by Alexia Holsen, 22, Munster.
All occupants refused treatment at the scene.
Francis said the damage was quite extensive and estimated at $50,000.
North Webster Fire Department, Lutheran Air and North Webster Police Department assisted. Lutheran Air Ambulance touched down, but was not needed.
