Thomas Joe ‘Tom’ NiccumNORTH MANCHESTER – Thomas Joe “Tom” Niccum, 76, North Manchester, passed away on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Tom was born March 13, 1945, in Huntington, Walter and Doris Cripe Niccum.
He served four years in the United States Air Force, spending a year in Thailand during his service.
On March 13, 1970, Tom married Vicki Runkel.
Family and friends may call Dec. 30 from noon to 2 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. A celebration of Tom’s life will begin at the conclusion of calling. Pastor Kevin Nichols will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.
The family of Tom Niccum has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
