The Rev. Dr. Henry G. Church Jr., 75, Warsaw, died at 3:42 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, after a short illness.
He was born Sept. 14, 1941, in Los Angeles, Calif., to the Rev. Henry G. Sr. and Velma Audrey Hensley Church. On July 3, 1962, he was married to Bonnie Elizabeth Blews, who survives.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Winona Lake Free Methodist Church, 902 College Ave., officiated by Pastors Rick Neir and Doug Balzer. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
