The Kosciusko County Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the launch of a new program called K-County POV.
The goal of the K-County POV program is to provide first-person storytelling content that will complement the KCCVB’s mission to promote tourism in Kosciusko County, showcasing the destination as one of the best places to live, work, play and stay in Indiana, according to a news release from the KCCVB.
To achieve this goal, Visit Kosciusko County aims to build a team of local creatives who will capture their perspective of Kosciusko County through photography, videography, influencer-style content and/or blog content. Prior relevant experience is a plus but not necessarily required. Residents of Kosciusko County or surrounding counties are preferred. For more information or to apply, head to VisitKosciuskoCounty.org/Careers/K-County-POV-Contributor.
Whether you’re a Kosciusko County native who already knows all the best hidden gems or you’re new to the area and looking for an excuse to explore and become more immersed, all perspectives and levels of expertise are infinitely valuable, stated the release.
“Now more than ever, potential visitors are looking for authenticity and connection when it comes to choosing their next vacation destination. We’re excited to develop this program that will engage our community to provide that perspective. After all, who can better share all the things that make K-County great than our own residents?” said Brooke Danner, marketing and communications manager at Visit Kosciusko County.
