Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Editor, Times-Union:
We want to thank the fellas in County Highway truck #82 for stopping to pick me up off our drive going up the hill to our house!
My husband, 90 years old, was trying. Many people were going by at 8:30 a.m. on Friday the 13th.
I was pushing the trash can up the hill because half of it was in the road and the wind knocked the can and me down.
