I have never had a tattoo and no one in my family has had one, but it is the right of any adult to have a tattoo, Both of the local tattoo businesses should be able to have signage to identify their businesses type and location. Not allowing signage is a restriction of trade and restriction of the ability of these people to make a living. What else will local government restrict? The local fathers have never restricted signage for massage parlors, but there have been several arrests in those establishments. Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Brown should be able to have signage and they do not include any illegal activities in their studios. While I am on the subject of restricting local businesses.
