We were surprised and not at all pleased to see that there is a lawsuit against Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home. We bought our plans at Titus when the Redpaths and Mr. Fruth worked there, and then switched our pre-paid plans to Redpath-Fruth when it was established because we appreciated so much their care for us and the way they handled the arrangements for our family members. We had five family members die in recent years and the Redpaths, Mr. Fruth and their staff were so gracious and helpful through all those difficult times.
We paid for the pre-paid plans and understood that they belonged to us and not to a particular establishment, so we were free to choose where we wanted them to be deposited. We've chosen Redpath-Fruth. They have proven to be caring and trustworthy.
