Editor, Times-Union: This letter is in support of Randy Polston in his pursuit of a position on the Warsaw Community School Board. Mr. Polston is a career educator that has distinguished himself at all levels of his involvement. I have personally known and worked with Mr. Polston for approximately nine years. I was familiar with his reputation as a successful educator for much longer than that as my husband had Mr. Polston as a teacher and coach 30+ years ago. His progression from the classroom to principal is a testament of his work ethic, intelligence, and drive; characteristics that will serve him well in his position on the school board. To be a successful school board member, you need to be trusted. Trust comes from a variety of sources – including one's knowledge, competencies and integrity. Most importantly, Randy is a good and decent person with a huge heart. He is driven to do things that need to be done to better serve our children. Randy's mission is to make Warsaw School Corporation the top corporation in the state. Randy is the type of person that will accomplish this mission. I highly recommend that you vote for Randy Polston as a member of our school board. Thanks for your time, Jenny Pequignot Warsaw, via email
