Students Make Night to Shine Memorable

Posted

The annual Tim Tebow Foundation Night to Shine event, held Feb. 13 at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, honored guests even more this year thanks to the Warsaw Area Career Center Welding & Advanced Manufacturing class, taught by Jeremiah Paseka, and the Warsaw Community Schools and Tippecanoe Valley High School Cosmetology school students, instructed by Tina Streby, according to a provided news release.
The welding class designed and fabricated 45-inch steel letters to spell out Night to Shine. Each letter has holes drilled in them so they can be illuminated. The class then painted each letter to make them more aesthetically appealing as well as preventing any rust from forming. The letters span 33 feet, 6 inches.
The cosmetology school provided each honored guest with their own glam makeover. Female guests had their hair styled and make up applied by the students of the class and additional volunteers of the event. The services provided by the students added that special touch, so each guest felt fantastic, the release states.
The Night to Shine committee extends their heart felt gratitude to all who lent a hand to make this a night to remember for each guest in attendance.
