Editor, Times-Union: To the person who “stole” over $200 from my wallet at K-mart: I hope you needed that money more than the people it was intended for! My daughter recently had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer and that money had been raised and it was to have been donated to Goshen Hospital for breast cancer research in her honor!
