My granddaughter's birthday was Jan. 28. I had purchased a one-of-a-kind birthday card for her. On Jan. 26, I stopped at the bank to withdraw money to put in her card. The card was already addressed, stamped and I sealed it after putting the money inside. I parked my car at Cardinal Services parking lot because I was picking up a van that day for work. My granddaughter's birthday card was either stolen from my car or picked up in the Cardinal Center parking lot that day. "If" you picked it up why didn't you drop it in a mailbox or better yet, turn it in to Cardinal Services, they would have made sure I got it because it had my return address/name on it? If you took it from my car then shame on you. I just hope you really needed the money and enjoyed the twilight card that was inside. I blame myself for being so careless with my granddaughter's birthday card which she did not get for her birthday. We all need to be more respectful of other's property.
