NORTH MANCHESTER – Stephen “Steve” Kent Ulrey, 82, North Manchester, died July 30, 2026, in his home.
He was born Nov. 7, 1943, in Huntington, to Wallace E. and Rosaline Howard Ulrey. On Nov. 25, 1965, Steve married Mary Jane O’Neil, who survives.
Family and friends may call Thursday, Aug. 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. at St. Paul’s County Line Church, Andrews. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Pastor Conrad Thompson officiating.
