SYRACUSE – Steven D. "Steve" Hoover, 67, Syracuse, died at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019, at Warsaw Meadows Care Center in Warsaw.
He was born Oct. 10, 1951, in Warsaw, to Guy Albert and Pauline Beatrice Wogoman Hoover.
He was married on Jan. 13, 1990, in Syracuse, to Michelle Marie Mansfield, who survives.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. A private family Celebration of Life service will be at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
