MENTONE – Stephen L. Walters, 75, rural Mentone, died at 7:10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020, at his residence.
Steve was born on April 26, 1945, in Rochester, to the late Harold H. and Edith May Whetstone Walters. He first married Ginger Thomas, and they later parted. He then was married on April 26, 2003, in Gatlinburg, Tenn., to Rhonda Hughes; she died April 17, 2006.
A private family graveside service will be held in the Mentone Cemetery, Mentone, with Pastor Earl Futch officiating.
The arrangements are entrusted to King Memorial Home, Mentone.
